Refund & Returns Policy

At Amelie Lisse, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.


Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse cannot be accepted.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.


Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team before sending your package.

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our team will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.


Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch.

For this reason, once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep your order after receiving it, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any premium shipping services selected at checkout are non-refundable.

  • Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final Sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (where applicable)
